CAN I SHIP MY ORDER INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We ship worldwide to just about any country as long as the shipment of precious metal is not prohibited in your country. Our shipping rates are the actual USPS International rates plus a small fee for shipping materials.
WHAT CAN I HAVE STAMPED ON MY ITEM?
We can stamp many things on the items that can be personalized. We can stamp names, dates, quotes, special words – it just depends on the item and the amount of characters that will fit. I won’t however stamp curse words, derogatory words, racist terms or words that we have a personal conviction against as followers of Jesus. Thank you for understanding. WHAT IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE OF?
A vast majority of the items are sterling silver or gold-filled. Sterling silver items are nickel-free. We do have some items that are either aluminum, brass or copper – those will be noted in the item description. You can learn more about the metal types here (as well as possible skin reactions).
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM HAS TARNISHED?
Tarnishing is pretty normal for some people due to hydrogen sulfide gas in the air or the use of cosmetics. The best thing to do is to put your jewelry back in the baggie (with the black anti-tarnish square) it came in to prevent it from being in the open air. Also, we recommend that you don’t wear jewelry when you shower or swim – especially in a swimming pool as the chlorine will affect the metal. Our polishing squares should take the tarnish off of your items and make them look brand new.
THE DARKENING OF MY LETTERS HAS COME OFF, WHAT CAN I DO?
Redarkening your item is a really easy DIY fix. You take a permanent marker (like a Sharpie) and darken your letters. Let it dry for a few minutes and then take a polishing square to remove the excess black. It will make your item look like new! You can use the polishing square/pad until it is black on both sides. You can purchase a polishing square here.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO SHIP?
Orders generally ship within 7-10 days. During peak holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas) – orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship. Even Express orders will not ship next day, please take that into account when ordering.
I HAVE ORDERED THE WRONG RING SIZE, CAN I EXCHANGE MY RING FOR ANOTHER SIZE?
We do offer resizing on our rings. Our resizing fee is $10 plus shipping, because to “resize” a ring we essentially have to make an entirely new ring. If we have made an error on our end (i.e. not sending the size ordered), the resizing fee will be waived.
WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH WHAT I RECEIVED?
You can return an item within the first 30 days, no questions asked. I want everyone to be happy with their purchase and will do all I can to make things right, especially if it’s our error. If your item becomes damaged within 30 days of receiving the item, we will fix it or repair it for free. If your item becomes damaged after longer than 30 days, please email us and we’ll see what we are able to do and what the fee might be.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can return an item within the first 30 days, no questions asked. Simply send us an email and we’ll send you a return envelope. A refund will be issued once the item is back in our hands. If you’d rather an exchange, we’re happy to do that as well.
